CUPPAD, partnered with MDOT, creates and maintains the non-motorized trail plan and investment strategy for the central U.P. We are currently in the process of updating this plan for 2022. Please check back for progress reports, draft reviews, and public meeting schedules.
Working with our regional counterparts, the Western UP Planning and Development Region (WUPPDR) and the Eastern UP Regional Planning and Development (EUP) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), the final draft of the Superior Region Non-Motorized Plan is now available for public review. This review period will be open until September 9th.
