telehealth input meetings: near you!

Posted on

CUPPAD and Connected Nation Michigan are holding 6 town hall style meetings, one in each county, for the public to give input on telehealth needs and services. Telehealth refers to visiting a medical professional virtually or remotely, over an internet connection. These services can range from mental health, follow-up appointments, consultations, and more. We want to find out more about how you access these services, which services you would like to access, and your internet connection needs. Feel free to download the flyers (below) or news release and share this event!
