Training Opportunity for Local Officials

The Michigan Association of Planning (MAP) is partnering with the City of Marquette to bring an important training opportunity for local officials to the UP this spring. 

Your legislative bodies and planning commissioners are invited to attend MAP's UP Academy on May 14 for a full day of training  that will cover the following topics:

• Staying in Your Lane and Building Bridges
• Getting the Development You Want
• Managing Risk

The cost to attend is $80 for the full event, or $65 for the fist two sessions combined, and $65 for the Managing Risk session. Additional details are included in the attached brochure.
