DNR Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

Michigan’s Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) is a five year strategic plan that shapes investment by the State of Michigan and local communities in priority outdoor recreation infrastructure and programming.

The new SCORP draft for 2023-2027 is available for public review and comment. Please email suggestions and comments to DNR-SCORP@Michigan.gov no later than December 1, 2022.
