Lead Abatement Training: NEW DATES

In partnership with MDHHS and Upper Peninsula Michigan Works, we are pleased to present this FREE training opportunity to get certified for lead abatement activities. As a certified lead professional you would be able to work on lead abatement projects and help create healthier communities.

This 4 day training starts January 27th at 8am and takes place in Marquette at the UP Michigan Works building located at 1498 O'Dovero Dr.

Lead abatement work can include:

• Changing windows
• Painting
• Wet cleaning methods
• HEPA vacuuming
• Wet scraping
• Removing and replacing lead-contaminated soil
