Meeting Notice: Materials Management Planning Committee

This is a notice of a public meeting of the Central UP Materials Management Planning Committee (CUPMMPC) to be held on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at 5:00pm ET at the Delta County Service Center, located at 2920 College Ave, Escanaba MI 48929.

The CUPMMPC is a joint body of representatives with responsibility for the creation of a Materials Management Plan, regulating solid waste disposal, recycling, and composting activities within Alger, Delta, Dickinson, Marquette, Menominee, and Schoolcraft Counties.

This meeting will include the election of officers, introduction to committee functions and responsibilities, and review of draft rules of procedure and the materials management plan workplan. The committee will also create a regular schedule and designate a meeting place(s) for subsequent meetings.
