MSHDA MI Neighborhoods Funding Opportunity: Housing

MSHDA has announced their *new* MI Neighborhood Program, which provides funding for housing projects in response to the regional action plans strategic alignment with the State Housing Plan. This program offers $60 million in funding for rehabilitation, new unit, and/ or public amenities.
