Posted on

Two new grant programs launch soon from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) for Michigan small businesses impacted by COVID-19 totaling $58.5 million. The Michigan Small Business Survival Program includes struggling and closed businesses, while the Michigan Stage Survival Program is for live music and entertainment venues.

These grants are NOT a first-come, first-served basis but will be scored against criteria outlined by the local Economic Development Organizations (EDOs). InvestUP is the local EDO for our six county region.

Applications open at 9am on Tuesday, January 19th and stay open until noon on Friday, January 22nd.
