FREE Property Redevelopment Workshop July 27 in Escanaba

This event will help real estate developers and local officials understand the necessary tools used to develop land bank and brownfield sites for housing and redevelopment. This full day event will include case studies of successful projects with presentations from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the office of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Marquette County Land Bank, and more!

There is no cost to attend, but space is limited! In person attendees will enjoy morning refreshments and lunch provided. This event will be available over Zoom for those who wish to attend virtually. A Zoom link will be provided closer to the event and will be sent out to those who register for the virtual option.
