Property Redevelopment Workshop Materials

Held on July 27th at Bay College, CUPPAD and partners hosted a Brownfield Redevelopment Workshop to provide basic information about working with developers, state regulations and incentives, and project examples for small communities.
Presenters include Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), the Michigan Department of Environment Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and the Marquette County Land Bank Authority.
